Under Salisbury Crags. One tour covers their gin and their single malt.
Holyrood is on St Leonard’s Lane, under Salisbury Crags, and it makes a single malt as well as a gin. The signature tour walks through both. They say the Royal Mile is about 15 minutes on foot, and the number 14 bus stops a couple of minutes from the door.
The crags are there if you still want to be outside, and a bar in the Old Town is a very Edinburgh way to finish.
