Coriander and pepper wake a gin up. Stirling can do that in the same building as a whisky, and you still only book one tour.
Stirling Distillery is in the Old Smiddy below the castle, and they make both. Choose the gin tour if spice is the point. The Curly Coo, on Barnton Street, is another evening.
