Gin
Juniper first. Citrus, flower, or spice comes along as a guest.
Beer
Hops and malt, and the glass the brewery has decided to pour.
Whisky is barley, and the wood it rests in. Gin is juniper, then whatever else the still was given. Beer is the brewery's own pour. The longer notes are on whisky flavours, gin botanicals, and beer.
