Ardnahoe is the new still on the north coast. The Machrie is the links on Laggan Bay. The older Islay names are other mornings.

Ardnahoe sits on the Bunnahabhain road, looking north. It is the island’s newest working distillery, and the one this map has checked.

The ferry from Kennacraig is the way on, to Port Askaig or Port Ellen. The Machrie is a day on Laggan Bay, on the west side, and it is not the same morning as Ardnahoe. Islay’s older stills are famous, and each of them deserves a morning of its own. They are not on this page yet.
