Clydeside on the river, a distillery out at Hillington, breweries in the east end, and a whisky bar on Hope Street.
The Pot Still is in the centre. The Clydeside is on the river at Stobcross, close enough to walk if the weather is kind. The Glasgow Distillery is on an industrial estate in Hillington, and the tour is by appointment. That one is not a stroll from Buchanan Street.
The east end is kinder to the legs. Drygate and Tennent’s Wellpark sit almost next to each other, one a craft hall and one the lager Glasgow grew up with.
