One Spa is at the Sheraton on Conference Square, in the west end of Edinburgh, not next door to Holyrood. Allow a bus or a taxi between them. On 10 October 2026 their about page said the spa is open seven days, from 6:30am to 10pm, and that phone bookings run from 8am to 8pm.
A quiet hour in the west end, best booked on its own. Their page says what the session includes, which saves a surprise at the robe.
