Johnnie Walker Princes Street

The Johnnie Walker Experience on Princes Street. A whisky visit in the West End, not a working still.

Johnnie Walker Princes Street is the brand’s visitor house, in the old department store at 145 Princes Street. Whisky is made elsewhere. What you book here is an experience, then the 1820 bar on the roof if you want the view.

On 10 October 2026 their plan-your-visit page listed the shop from 10am, until half past nine Monday to Saturday and half past eight on Sunday, and said you are welcome without an experience ticket. Tour times change with the diary, so the booking page has the one you want. Holyrood and Port of Leith are the city’s working stills. This is the West End version of the afternoon.
