8 Doors stands beside the main car park at John o’ Groats, in the large grey building on the way down to the signpost. On 10 October 2026 their tour page listed visits on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, at 12.30pm and 3pm, and said the season runs until the end of September. Ten people to a tour. If you are driving, they pour the samples into a miniature to take away.
Glenmorangie, in Tain, is a long way south of here. This is the top of the map, and it likes a night of its own.
