Persie Distillery
A gin distillery in a steading at the foot of Glenshee, with a tasting if you book it.
Persie is in the old hotel steading at Auchenflower, on the A93 north of Blairgowrie. On 11 October 2026 their tour page listed March to December as noon to 5pm, and Wednesday shut. January and February they listed Thursday to Sunday, with the other days by appointment. A drop-in sip is free. The sample paddle was £10. The Liquid Tour was £20, a flight and then the stills, and they say it tends to last about an hour and a half.
Dogs are welcome in the tasting room, and not in the rooms where they distil. Blairgowrie golf is a different day. Follow their brown sign, which they trust more than the satnav.
